Peacock Maps
Peacock maps are fun to look at because you can see the diversified colors of both chicks and birds.
It is the Asian males that are famous for their amazingly beautiful tail coverts. The long feathers are usually green and gold. Markings of blue color resembling eyes serve as an ornament. The peahens are not as colorful as peacocks and they have no beautiful trains.

There are two naturally occurring species, the Indian peafowl Pavo cristatus from India, often called Blue peafowl, and the Green peafowl Pavo muticus, which lives farther east in Burma, Thailand, Indo China, Malaya and Java. Peacock maps are fun to look at because you can see the diversified colors of both chicks and birds.
